WyoFile is an independent 501 (c)(3) organization. We rely on generous donations from our readers, grants from foundations, gifts from donors and the support of our underwriters. All donations and grants are tax deductible. WyoFile’s staff is led by chief executive and editor Matthew Copeland and advised by a dedicated team of volunteers serving on the board of directors. WyoFile’s board of directors is made up of individuals who care about Wyoming and the state of the news industry. They bring with them journalism, legal, marketing and research backgrounds.
